Many project owners, contractors and subcontractors use their own “standard” forms of agreement. Not surprisingly, these customized contracts tend to favor the drafting party. Clear more lanes in less time and save on fuel at the same time.  The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) recently announced its acquisition and implementation of the “TowPlow,” a steerable trailer with a 26-foot blade that’s attached to the back of a regular snowplow truck.  The combination of truck and trailer can clear a 20-foot-wide path.
