In August 2015 while on a trip to Colorado, I ended up in the Boulder Community Hospital over concerns of labored breathing and other symptoms. The NEW Small UAS Rule (Part 107) for commercial use of drones, including all pilot and operating rules, is in effect as of 12:01 a.m. EDT on August 29, 2016.  According to the Associated Press reporting on an August 29 news conference, FAA officials forecast 600,000 commercial drone aircraft operating in the U.S. within the year (see story at bigstory.ap.org).  Read more.
