Consideration of Claims Issues
in the Creation and Update of Schedules

Presented by:
J. Kimon Yiasemides and Zeynep Guven
Warner Construction Consultants, Inc.

This webinar is designed to help construction professionals improve the ability of their project schedules to serve as “claims-support tools” or “claims-avoidance tools.” The program is suited for a wide variety of professionals within the construction community, including construction managers, contractors, subcontractors, public and private owners, schedulers, consultants, architects, and engineers who are involved in construction project management or administration.

The program will help attendees do the following:

  • Understand the importance of, and the best practices in, implementing supportive aspects of later-occurring claims issues when developing a baseline schedule.
  • Update monthly schedules so that claims are more defensible.
  • Demonstrate an impact to a schedule through the use of monthly updates.
  • Properly use narratives and fragnets in monthly updates.
  • Navigate other strategic practices and considerations.
